  Growing a beard for battered women (charity help)

  ok guys and gals i know sometimes i can be a needling prick on this board at times, but in real life i try to help out my community when i can.

  anyways i joined on to grow my beard for the battered womens shelter here in charlotte, nc.

  the whole point is to get people interested in helping battered women by growing our beards!

  Hey leolia is that up on Youtube by anychance. My Mom was telling me about it, how it has some "good" example of a kid who got a scholarship to play basketball but felt he would "serve Jehovah" and not take it. Is this the same one your talking about?

  liberals or extremists??.

  did they try to be "good shepherds" or were they real assh@les?.

  Pretty liberal but also pretty cliquey. It was weird. Sometimes they could be really cool, but a lot times I think it was just apathy. There was definitely a more liberal skew in our hall, that could be though because most of the people with money or who helped the hall out the most were not Elders or MS.

  Ok guys and gals I know sometimes I can be a needling prick on this board at times, but in real life I try to help out my community when I can. Anyways I joined on to grow my beard for The Battered Womens Shelter here in Charlotte, NC. The whole point is to get people interested in helping battered women by growing our beards! Sounds crazy but it's actually going pretty well. Would the WTB&TS approve? Surely not! Here is your chance to support beard growth and women in need of help. Scientist have proven the more money raised the faster our beards grow.

  Whoever has the best beard/raises the most money wins some cool prizes (TBA) but the real cause is helping out our sisters who have no where to turn. Our goal is to raise at least 5,000 dollars for the ladies. I'm trying to do my part so I felt I needed to post on here. Even if you don't donate in my name, any donation would be appreciated!

  Oh God yes it was so lame. I was trying to explain to my Mom how those videos are like the gayest thing on the planet, of course she didn't get it because she wasn't born into the Witnesses. There is nothing REAL about those videos at all.
